Hereby, General de Alquiler de Maquinaria S.A. (hereinafter referred to as GAM), doing business at C/María de Molina, nº39, 7th floor, 28006, Madrid, Spain, informs the users of the Web portal www.gamalquiler.com and www.gamalquiler.es about its privacy policy for information related to individuals (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”) so that the users decide, freely and willingly, if they want to supply the personal data that GAM might request or that can be obtained from the user when subscribing or registering to some services offered by GAM in the portal or through the portal. GAM reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to legislative or legal developments or to industrial practices. In the event of any modification, GAM will announce it in this portal with reasonable notice period prior to its implementation. 

For the purposes of  Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of the 13th of December, regarding the protection of data of a personal nature, we inform that the data entered in different forms will be incorporated into an automated file for personal data belonging to GAM, in order to process your application properly.

GAM, as the responsible for the file, guarantees that users are legally entitled to access, rectify, cancel and oppose their personal data, where applicable, and can exercise these rights in writing an e-mail to info@gamalquiler.com. Furthermore, GAM is committed to treating the data included in the file with utmost confidentiality and accordingly with the purposes of the file.

By entering the data requested in the forms, the user accepts the treatment and transfer of his/her personal information by GAM, for the fulfilment of the purpose before mentioned.
