The boards of directors of both companies, lead by their C.E.O.’s, Mr. Pedro Luis Fernández and Mr. José Crespo, had closed this acquisition agreement last April in Madrid.
J. Crespo, 100% Spanish-owned, had been so far run by the Crespo family. Last year J. Crespo registered a turnover of 5’4 million Euros, with EBITDA amounting to 55’6%.
Crespo was dedicated to equipment rental and had a leading position in Madrid. |
