1. Users

By accessing and/or using the websites you become a user, thus accepting, from that very moment, absolutely and with no reserves these General Conditions as well as the Particular Conditions which, that being the case, complement, modify or substitute the General Conditions with regard to certain services and contents of the websites.

The user cannot delete or modify, in any manner, the information about these rights. GAM or the right holder reserves all rights.

4. Exclusion of guarantees or responsibilities

a) Exclusion of guarantees or responsibilities for the operation of the web site

GAM neither guarantees nor is liable for the operation of the websites and their services. Should any interruption of the operation of the websites occur, GAM will try to warn the users, whenever possible. GAM does not guarantee the validity of the websites or their services for any specific use, neither their infallibility, nor the uninterrupted availability of the websites or their contents for the user. GAM is entitled to make as many technical modifications as necessary in order to improve the quality, performance and efficiency of the system and its connection. Except as otherwise provided for, the term of access to and use of the services is indefinite, however, GAM is entitled to terminate any of the services or access to the web sites, whenever it considers to be appropriate. Whenever possible, GAM would try to warn the user about this in advance.

GAM shall not be liable for any breach or damage of any kind caused by the contents of the hyperlinked web sites to the user or a third party.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

All of the above terms and conditions are subject to Spanish Law.

GAM has no control of who are the users of its web sites and which is their location. GAM is aware of this fact but it does not submit to any foreign jurisdiction. To settle any controversy that may arise from the Web sites or any of their services, GAM and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction which may apply, submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and courts of law of Madrid.
